(that is every file in http://ref3.gta.mendelsohn.de/ and below) it will be updated whenever the Handbook is.

Installing The Handbook

1) Download reference3.zip.

2) Extract reference3.zip into a directory of your choice.

You can now use the handbook, just open index.html with a browser of your choice.
