Description

The weather and enviornment effects in gta3 are amazing timecyc.dat contains all the data to make those effects. Timecyc is made up of four main sections SUNNY, CLOUDY, RAINY, and FOGGY. Each of these sections has a line for each hour of the day starting at 12PM and ending at 1AM each line is made up of 18 parameters. / is used as a comment escape character.
